Band leader Steve Arié is a professional multi-instrumentalist and can provide bands ranging from solo to quintet, playing romantic background music to upbeat dance music, either instrumental or with vocals. Whether it be music for the wedding ceremony, pre dinner drinks or the reception, a business function, cocktail or backyard party, Steve can definitely help.
Steve Arié has been a professional musician for over 20 years. In that time he has performed at well over a thousand weddings and events. Steve have toured both nationally and internationally and presented music to a wide variety of audiences in over six countries. He knows what works and what doesn't and can tailor music to suit any occasion.

A bit more about Steve Arié
After graduating from the University of NSW in 1986 with a BA in psychology, multi-instrumentalist Steve Arié immersed himself in jazz. Since that time Steve has had enormous experience playing all styles of music.
He has performed with countless Australian greats including DIG, Dale Barlow, Bernie McGann, Ten Part Invention, George Washingmachine, Wanderlust, Errol Buddle, Pardon Me Boys, Frank Bennett, Martin Plaza, Gyan as well as World Music groups MARA and The Real Mexico.
Steve has toured both nationally and internationally with highlights including two performances at the prestigious Chicago Jazz Festival, The Hothouse Jazz Club Chicago, The Kennedy Centre for Performing Arts (USA), Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Scotland), Ruhrfestspiele (Germany), Queenstown Jazz Festival (New Zealand) and jazz and music festivals throughout Australia.
Steve sings and plays saxophone, flute, double bass, electric bass and guittaron (Mexican bass).
